Interactive calculation document for the automated determination of the equivalent sound level at a distance of 7.5 m from the traffic lane, taking into account the composition and speed of the traffic flow, the type of road surface and the longitudinal slope of the road. Environmental calculator in the TechEditor environment.
This digital product is a specialized calculation document designed for ecologists, occupational health and safety specialists, transport infrastructure designers, state inspectors and students of environmental specialties.
The solution makes it possible to estimate the acoustic load on the territory adjacent to the road, taking into account the speed and intensity of traffic of four categories of vehicles. Thanks to automated algorithms, the product helps to estimate the level of traffic noise, which is critical for the qualitative assessment of environmental risks and the development of noise protection measures.
Unlike traditional (non-automated) approaches, changing the input parameters in this document updates all results automatically.
1. Input data: Input of speeds and traffic intensities of four categories of vehicles, road slope and type of pavement.
2. Algorithm: The calculation is performed using the formula in accordance with DSTU-N B V.1.1-33:2013, which determines the combined traffic intensity and the combined average speed of traffic flow, taking into account the acoustic coefficients for each category of vehicles.
3. Results: Automatic calculation of the equivalent sound level (dB) with display of all intermediate values in real time.
Important: You can adapt the document to your specific needs — edit formulas, add schemes, or change units of measurement. TechEditor automatically handles unit conversion and dimension control, correctly calculating expressions with mixed units.
Standards: DSTU-N B V.1.1-33:2013 "Guidelines for the calculation and design of noise protection for residential areas".
