Are these fonts included in the installer?
Yes. If you install TechEditor in the usual way, there is no need to download them additionally — they are already present in the installer. This option is useful primarily for users of the portable version of the program.
Do I need to reinstall the fonts after updating the program?
No. By default, the option to install fonts in the installer is checked. After updating or reinstalling TechEditor, you do not need to install fonts again, so you can uncheck this option to speed up the installation.
