We are inspired by modern technologies and implement them in our digital solutions. We are practitioners and every day we design, build, analyze, and therefore understand your professional tasks, questions, and aspirations. That's why we focus on developing customized, specialized solutions. We are confident that a complex universal product requires a higher level of expertise to master it. Conversely, a simple interface saves time and reduces errors, while providing better quality and efficiency of work with the tool.

Anyone who really wants to become an engineer can do it. And we help everyone who is trying to enter the industry as soon as possible.

We create modern educational products, build an ecosystem for training and professional development for specialists of all ages and genders, and contribute to developing the global engineering community in every possible way. We participate in the development and restoration of Ukraine and its active integration and positioning in the global market.

Who are Dystlab? Our history

The Dystlab team has more than 17 years of experience in the engineering, construction, scientific, and educational industries. Since 2015, we have been actively developing training courses for engineers, structural engineering in Ukraine and worldwide, and developing specialized software for engineers.

Our Mission

Dystlab has a mission to introduce modern technologies and initiatives that contribute to the development of the engineering community.

On the one hand, we are working on creating modern digital products that increase the speed and efficiency of the work of specialists in the technical, design, and technological sectors. These solutions are aimed at efficiency and productivity, as well as minimizing errors in engineering, computing, and research.

On the other hand, we care about the creative potential of engineers. We care when employees of design or engineering offices burn out, are left alone with their problems, and feel like "cogs in the machine." It's sad to see inspired, creative people, lose faith in themselves and fall down. To prevent this, Dystlab organizes various educational and outreach initiatives aimed at the comprehensive development, professional development, and strengthening of engineers' expertise.

We also pay attention to the psychological health, well-being, and general working conditions of engineers. In peacetime, this includes an active lifestyle, Work-Life Balance, a sense of security, comfort, and satisfaction with their lives and the results of their work.

In the context of russia's war with Ukraine, these issues take on different but even more important meanings. Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian families have been displaced, emigrated, lost their jobs, suffered from poor health, and worst of all lost their loved ones. We understand the importance of psychological support and assistance to our soldiers because we believe in Ukraine's victory. This victory and further reconstruction of the country are possible only with our joint, united actions.

Our Values

Dystlab's core values are equality, mutual respect, and freedom.

Equality as a value is expressed in the rejection and opposition to age, gender, race, and other types of discrimination. We believe there are no people in the world who are superior or inferior in status, caste, or position.

Mutual respect takes place in all Dystlab initiatives and people, we deal with. We respect every member of our community and other communities around the world.

Finally, Dystlab values and respects the basic rights of every person to access water, food, and other resources; the freedom to choose their language, education, and their own and their partners' gender; freedom of movement and choice of residence; ways of personal realization and expression, etc.

We don't cooperate with companies, brand ambassadors, or individuals who do not share our values, who show direct or indirect signs of discrimination, who disrespect others, or who infringe on someone's rights and freedoms.

Comments regarding Russia and Belarus

We are of the firm opinion that any attacks on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, and the rights and freedoms of Ukrainians, must be severely punished, including with the use of military weapons. We have no doubt that war criminals, such as the leadership of Russia and Belarus (including all those who executed and carried out criminal acts, military and civilian) must be held accountable and brought to justice before international judicial institutions. We support the strongest sanctions against these countries and their supporters.

Dystlab is doing everything possible to stop the military aggression by these countries and to prevent any economic development of them, as long as they pose a terrorist and invasive threat. Therefore, Dystlab provides all possible assistance to civilian and military experts and contributes to strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities.
